Just like a car, your security and fire alarm systems require regular maintenance. But unlike cars, your systems and your needs, are very unique to you. This is why Prime Alert Security offers our three maintenance packages below, think of it as a warranty package on your security system. Please contact our office for more details.
Silver Plan
Includes Annual System Inspection, and service call repairs due to wear and tear. Labor cost covered only in repair pricing, parts or materials not included in package price.*
Gold Plan
Includes Semi-Annual System Inspection, service calls due to wear and tear, and for any accidental or environmental damage. Labor, parts, and materials covered in service call costs.*
Platinum Plan
Includes Quarterly System Inspection, normal wear and tear, and accidental damage. Labor, parts, and materials are covered.*
